"Year after
year, Invideo is an extraordinary observatory
of how international production is changing
and evolving: entire genres are born and others
disappear, new themes arrive on the scene.
Words, images and music constantly change
places in a way which is not easy to analyse.
Over these last two years, the trend has been
for longer format works of increasing complexity,
while the borders between narration, abstraction
and documentation have narrowed." Drawing
on the above, the title Le forme dello sguardo
(The forms of vision) reflected on the increasingly
unstable and exiguous border between cinema
and video and the intertwining of the arts.
