Invideo was born with the aim of creating a place to discover the best the experimental video scene has to offer. A scene with a poetic and anti-television dimension which acts as sort of critical conscience despite, and indeed perhaps due to, the fact it shares the same technological and electronic roots.
The line up of the first edition focused on the 1980s as well as works from Europe and the United States, which have the biggest video art traditions in comparison to others regions.
Invideo '90 was directed by Romano Fattorossi, Felice Pesoli and Roberto Provenzano.
