The clever French director (La jetée) has never respected the boundaries between genres and languages. That is proved by the CD-ROM Immemory, maze-like navigation in the individual and collective memory of 20th century, and by the film Chats perchés, which follows with ironic gaze the cats painted on the Paris roofs after September 11th.
